Who Am I and Why This Program?

Hi there, I'm Sarah Santacroce.

Never in a million years would I have imagined teaching a program about sales. Yet here we are. The time is right. People are hungry for a different way to sell. One that feels natural, honest, and collaborative. I’m ready to answer that call.

I’m the author of Marketing Like We’re HumanSelling Like We’re Human and Business Like We're Human, and I’ve walked the road of building a business that honors both my values and my vision.

Since starting my first online business in 2007, I’ve attended countless sales programs. Most of them relied on tactics rooted in manipulation and the old capitalist mindset. I tried so many of these approaches, but they left me feeling drained, disconnected, and, frankly, dirty—out of integrity with who I truly am. It took time and trial to see there had to be a better way. 

Finally, in 2018, I chose to break free from that. I embraced a new way, imperfect, brave, and deeply human.

Today, I lead the Humane Business Revolution, a movement for those who want to market and sell with integrity, collaboration, and care for themselves, their ideal clients, and the planet.

In this first session, we’ll lay the foundation for your new relationship with selling. You’ll meet your fellow changemakers, get familiar with the flow of the program, and begin to shift how you think and feel about sales.

We’ll explore what it means to sell with authenticity and ease, why the old ways feel misaligned, and how selling your Life’s Work can become a natural extension of who you are.
