In these 3Â sessions you will learn
Session 1:
Sensing into your role in the system
đź“…Â January 16th, 2025,Â
7-8.30pm CET
We’ll start out with an embodied session to move away from the cognitive, access deeper knowing, and align with your true intention through emotional and embodied intelligence. This session is all about stepping into being a confident leader who is able to sell inner work in a system that prefers quick fixes.
You'll leave with:
- Clarity on your role and influence
- Embodied insights for applying the IDGs in your context
- A deeper appreciation of the relational and emotional undercurrents that shape transformative change
- Greater confidence in yourself and your ability to navigate complexity and drive (and sell) meaningful change
- Practical tools to foster systemic alignment with IDG principles
Â
Â
Session 2:
Identifying projects and pain points
đź“…Â January 23rd, 2025,Â
12.00-1.30pm CET
In our second session, we’ll guide you to reflect on your work and projects where you’d like to integrate Inner Development into teams and organizations, and then explore the key pain points to address in your pitch.
Â
You'll leave with:
- A clear understanding of which teams/organizations you want to support in 2025.
- Insights into the pain points impacting those teams/organizations
- Awareness of the behaviors, actions, and attitudes that are breaking down team culture.
- Clarity about what inner development approaches you’ll address in your intervention and pitch to help support a healthier system
Â
Â
Â
Session 3:
Pitching your intervention
đź“…Â January 23rd, 2025,Â
7.00-8.30pm CET
In our last interactive session you have the opportunity to fine-tune your pain points and finalize your pitch, and then get feedback from your peers.Â
Â
You'll leave with:
- A clear understanding of at least two key pain points and how to address them in a convincing way
- A first draft of a concrete pitch tailored to your context
- Enhanced confidence and skills from practicing your pitch.
- Constructive feedback to refine your pitch and ensure it resonates effectively.
